    Why JH PM

What a European or US buyer gets that a trading company’s quote can’t promise.

    01 In-house, end to end

Tooling design, compaction, sintering, finishing in one factory. No middlemen.

02 A dedicated team for you

One salesperson + one engineer + one production coordinator on your account. English-speaking, EU/US time-zone overlap hours.

    03 Global experience, regional expertise

Serving OEMs across China and international markets — 65% of our export volume to European precision buyers, 35% to the US. Fully versed in EU/US technical documentation, compliance, and quality standards.

    04 PPWR-compliant packaging

Recyclable, minimal packaging for EU shipments with Declaration of Conformity; we support your EPR data reporting.

    05 Low MOQ, real flexibility

MOQ from 2,000 pcs; pilot runs before full tooling commitment.

    06 Lean production costs

At volume, PM is typically 20–30% cheaper than machining the same geometry, with far less material waste. Ask us to quote both.

From RFQ to delivery, with dates

Real commitments: tooling built in 20 days, first articles delivered with CMM report in 25 days total from project kick-off.

    Frequently asked questions

Straight answers — including the ones that cost you money if you guess.

    What are sintered parts?

Sintered parts are metal components made by compacting metal powder in a die, then heating it below the melting point so particles bond. The result is net-shape parts — gears, bushings, structural components — at lower cost than machining, especially at high volume.

What is your minimum order quantity for custom sintered parts?

MOQ starts at 2,000 pieces. For new product introduction, we support low-volume pilot runs before you commit to full tooling.

    What materials can you sinter?

Iron-base steels (Fe-C-Cu grades), stainless steel (316L, 17-4PH), and bronze. Full table in the Materials section above — tell us your application and we’ll confirm.

What tolerances can you hold on sintered parts?

As-sintered, typically ±0.05 mm (±0.3% of dimension). After sizing or secondary machining, we hold down to ±0.025 mm. We flag tight features in DFM review before tooling.

How does sintered part cost compare to CNC machining?

At volume, PM sintered parts typical 20–30% cheaper than machining the same geometry, with far less material waste. The crossover is geometry- and volume-dependent — send your drawing and we’ll quote both.

How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency?

SPC on press and sintering parameters, MES lot-level traceability from powder to finished part, and FAI + CMM dimensional reports on every lot. Density and mechanical testing per ASTM B962 and internal standards.

    Do you provide PPAP documents?

Yes — PPAP Level 3 documentation on request for automotive parts, under our IATF 16949:2016 system.

    What certifications do you hold?

IATF 16949:2016 (automotive) and ISO 9001:2015. No ISO 13485 — medical component work limited to non-implantable parts.

How long does tooling and sampling take?

Tooling build in 20 days; first article samples with a full CMM dimensional report in 25 days total from project kick-off. DFM feedback within 48 hours of RFQ.

Do you provide PPWR-compliant packaging for EU shipments?

Yes. All EU-bound shipments use recyclable packaging that complies with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40, with a Declaration of Conformity and support for your EPR reporting.
